Introduction of Trekking Socks

The term "sock" was first seen in "Zhonghua Ancient and Modern Notes", which said: "The three generations and Zhou Zhujiao are tied to the ankle with a belt." "Three generations" refers to the earliest recorded Xia, Shang, and Zhou periods in China. There are three to four thousand years of history. "Horn 韈" should be the original sock made of animal skins, so it is written "韈". Later, with the advent of textiles, socks developed from animal cloth to cloth, linen, and silk. The "韈" was changed to "socks" accordingly, and the final step was simplified to what we call "socks" today. The evolution process of the word "sock" actually contains the development process of the history of Chinese civilization.

There are many types of socks, which can be classified according to the following standards:
1. According to the length of the socks, there are long socks, mid socks, short socks and boat socks (invisible socks);
2. According to the type of socks, there are household socks, Luokou socks and rubber socks;
3. According to the object of use, there are men's socks, women's socks and children's socks;
4. According to the function of socks, there are hiking socks, sports socks, silk stockings, pantyhose, etc.;
5. According to the material of socks, there are polyester socks, cotton socks, bamboo fiber socks, combed cotton socks, nylon socks and so on.
The round socks are organized in three parts: the crotch, the toe and the toe. The sock feet include the heel, the sole, the back and the toe of the sock. The function of the sock mouth is to keep the edge of the sock from falling off and close to the leg. There are 5 main parameters of socks: sock size, sock bottom length, total length, mouth length and heel height. The size of the socks is expressed by the size of the socks, and the size of the socks is based on the actual length of the socks. Therefore, you can choose the right socks after you know the length of your feet. However, due to the different raw materials used in socks, socks are also different in the sock size series. Among them, the elastic nylon socks have a difference of 2cm in the length of the socks as the first gear; the socks of cotton yarn socks, nylon stockings, and blended socks have a difference of 1cm as the first gear.

Raw materials
1. Cotton
Usually we like to wear pure cotton socks, but is pure cotton 100% cotton? The answer of the hosiery expert is no, that is, there are no 100% cotton socks. If the composition of a pair of socks is 100% cotton, then this pair of socks has no elasticity at all. The socks have to be knitted with a very wide mouth to fit in. It is conceivable that this pair of socks does not follow the foot. 100% cotton socks have a particularly high shrinkage rate, are not strong and wearable. 100% cotton socks are not called cotton socks, but cotton. Generally, socks with a cotton content of more than 75% can be called "cotton socks". Generally, socks with a cotton content of 85% are very high-end cotton socks. Others need to add some functional fibers to maintain the elasticity, fastness and comfort of the socks. Polyester, spandex, and nylon are very common functional fibers.
2. Spandex
Spandex is commonly known as elastic fiber, which has high elasticity and strong stretchability. Its stretched length can reach 5-7 times of the original fiber. Textile products added with spandex can always maintain the original contour. The composition of the socks must contain spandex to make the socks elastic and retractable, easy to wear, and make the socks fit more closely, just like a swimsuit, it can be tightly wrapped around the feet without slipping off.
3. Three-rising healthy fiber
Three-liter fiber is a natural fiber with excellent health functions by extracting its unique health elements from natural minerals, green plants, and marine organisms, and refined through European technology.
4. Nylon
Nylon is the name of a synthetic fiber with Chinese characteristics. People are more familiar with its other name, nylon. Hey, it's related to DuPont again. The scientific name of nylon is Polyamide. The first synthetic fiber in China was Jinzhou Chemical Fiber Factory, so it was named "Nylon." Nylon and nylon are similar in nature, strong and wear-resistant, and are the most wear-resistant and strongest among synthetic fibers. The weight is very light, and the elasticity is good. Adding nylon to the socks can maintain high-strength elasticity.
5. Nylon
Nylon is the first synthetic fiber to appear in the world. The emergence of nylon has given a new look to textiles. Its synthesis is a major breakthrough in the synthetic fiber industry.
6.Bamboo fiber
The bamboo fiber fabric also has the characteristics of soft and elegant, comfortable to the hand, and wear-resistant, non-balling, moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, and breathable. It is different from cotton, wood and other viscose fibers in that it has good antibacterial properties and health care effects. Bamboo fiber contains an antibacterial substance called "bamboo kun", which has natural antibacterial, anti-mite and anti-odor properties.
